That coffee is an absolute treasure. Its surprising at every step. In the nose, beans feel like a breath of african soilbed, when grinded all kinds of citric fruity and floral aromas come into place. In mouth, after a proper extraction In the shape of espresso it becomes bitter and glamorous. Unexpected flavour if you follow your nose. I will rank this coffee very high although my favourite one is From Edmundo Rojas (Colombia) Anaerobic Natural... what a coffee!!
